The Xtreme Head Exciter has a nice tight hole for you to slip into and 2 incredibly powerful speeds that will stroke your knob in the most amazing ways. The sliding control is easy to use and won't distract from use. The stretchy sleeve is removable for cleaning and you will find that it is super easy to clean. There's a grip strap on the side for you to slip a few fingers into to ensure that you will not lose your grip during each stroke!
